DATA SHARING POLICY.
Nerdspace Labs shares the minimum information required to operate a feature. Personal data is not a side hustle.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or license personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or generative-AI companies. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising or cross-site profiling.
Service providers
Limited information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate and protect Nerdspace Labs. Cloudflare provides hosting, databases, security controls, and transactional email delivery for this status site. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own contractual and legal obligations.
User-directed integrations
When you connect a platform or ask a tool to perform an action, the minimum required information is sent to that platform to complete your request. For example, a relay feature may send the post you selected to a connected Discord server. Nerdspace Labs does not treat that user-directed action as permission for unrelated sharing.
Internal data boundaries
Mailing-list addresses, credentials, access tokens, private content, and signing secrets are not shared between Nerdspace Labs tools. The status site's mailing data is isolated from Nerdspace Intelligence. Any cross-tool integration must use an explicit, authenticated, least-privilege connection and only the data required for that feature.
Public and linked information
Patch notes use public GitHub repository information. When you follow a link to Discord, GitHub, Ko-fi, or another service, that service receives information according to its own privacy policy.
Legal and safety requests
Information may be disclosed when required by a valid legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect a person, investigate abuse, or defend the security and rights of Nerdspace Labs. Requests are limited to what is legally and operationally necessary.
Changes and questions
Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions or requests can be sent through the official Nerdspace Labs Discord.
