TERMS OF SERVICE.
These terms apply when you access this site or a Nerdspace Labs tool that links here. By using a service, you agree to use it responsibly and within the rules below.
Effective September 11, 2026Using Nerdspace Labs
Nerdspace Labs provides creator and community tools without a required SaaS subscription. Features may be experimental, released in beta, changed, paused, or retired as the projects develop.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nerdspace Labs to break the law, harass people, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade platform rules, interfere with service operation, probe systems without written permission, or access information you are not authorized to use.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the content or automation you configure. You keep ownership of your content. You grant Nerdspace Labs only the limited permission needed to process it and perform the actions you request.
Third-party platforms
Features that connect to Discord, Twitch, YouTube, GitHub, Ko-fi, or another platform depend on that platform's APIs, availability, and rules. You remain responsible for following the terms of every connected service. Nerdspace Labs is not responsible for independent changes or outages on those platforms.
Availability and security
Services are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nerdspace Labs uses reasonable security controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and do not include credentials or personal data in a public issue.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or removed when necessary to protect people, connected platforms, Nerdspace Labs, or its infrastructure, including for abuse or violation of these terms. You may stop using a service and revoke connected permissions at any time.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerdspace Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of a free service. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
