Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the service you choose to use. That may include:

• Your email address, selected update categories, consent time, and preference history when you join an email list.
• Account identifiers and connection details when you authorize a supported platform integration.
• Settings, commands, schedules, or content you intentionally provide to a Nerdspace Labs tool.
• Basic technical and security information such as timestamps, request status, IP address, browser details, and Cloudflare security signals.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested features, send selected service messages, maintain account and preference controls, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train generative AI.

Storage and retention

Nerdspace Labs uses Cloudflare-first infrastructure. Information is retained only while it is needed to provide a feature, protect the service, meet legitimate recordkeeping needs, or honor an unsubscribe request. Mailing-list records may be retained after unsubscribing so the opt-out can be respected and audited.

Your choices

You can manage selected email categories or unsubscribe without creating an account by using the private preference link included in Nerdspace Labs email. You may disconnect supported platform integrations through the relevant tool or platform.

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact Nerdspace Labs through the official Discord. Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Third-party services

Links and integrations with services such as Discord, GitHub, Ko-fi, and connected streaming or social platforms are also governed by those services' own policies. Nerdspace Labs does not control their independent data practices.

Age and policy updates

Nerdspace Labs community services are intended for adults age 18 and older. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
