GENERATIVE AI POLICY.

Our commitment

Generative AI is not embedded as a product feature in Nerdspace Labs tools. We do not use personal data, connected-account data, private content, or community activity to train or fine-tune generative AI models.

What Nerdspace Labs will not do

• Generate text, images, audio, or video on your behalf through a generative-AI model.
• Sell, license, or disclose user data for generative-AI training.
• Send private user content to a generative-AI service for analysis or generation.
• Present machine-generated output as human judgment or creative work.

What is still automation

Schedulers, rules, filters, status checks, API integrations, deterministic matching, moderation settings, and analytics are ordinary software automation. They may process data to carry out instructions, but they do not create generative-AI content.

User-provided content

You remain responsible for content you choose to post, relay, or automate through a Nerdspace Labs tool. Do not use the services to distribute deceptive, unlawful, or rights-infringing content, regardless of how that content was created.

Third-party platforms

Connected platforms may operate their own automated or AI systems under their own policies. Nerdspace Labs cannot control those independent systems, but it will not intentionally route private data to a generative-AI endpoint as part of a Nerdspace Labs feature.

If this policy changes

Any future proposal involving generative AI would require a clear public policy update before release. It would not quietly appear behind a vague “smart” feature label.
